What You'll Do:
You'll be the strategic brain behind high-converting ad creative. We use AI flows for execution, but we need someone who can think, analyze, and uncover the angles that actually sell.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deep Customer Research - Dive into customer reviews, surveys, and data to understand what really drives purchase decisions
- Angle Development - Identify and create winning ad angles based on buyer psychology and market positioning
- Strategic Copywriting - Craft messaging frameworks and hooks that our AI systems can scale
- Performance Analysis - Review creative performance, extract insights, and iterate based on what's working
- Feedback Integration - Take input from clients and data, translate it into actionable creative direction

What You Don't Need:
- To be a designer (we have tools and team for that)
- To manually write every piece of copy (we use AI flows)
- Years of agency experience (we care about results, not resumes)

- Analytical mindset - you can read performance data and know what to do with it

Compensation:
Performance-based with upside. We reward results, not just hours logged.
